Kristi Storoschuk
Kristi Storoschuk is currently a PhD candidate at Queen’s University in Canada, conducting research in the Muscle Physiology Lab. Her focus is on harnessing the benefits of physical activity to enhance health and promote longevity.
In addition to her research endeavors, Kristi serves as a Science Communicator, sharing insights on health and fitness topics. Her work has been highlighted by well-known platforms such as CrossFit, Paleo Magazine, Mind Body Green, and the Zero Fasting app, among others.
With a deep-seated passion for diet, exercise, and longevity, Kristi is driven to advocate for disease prevention through healthy lifestyle choices.
As part of this commitment, she is dedicated to guiding ZTM students on their journey to better health and happiness through exercise, empowering them to become their most productive and successful selves.
When Kristi isn't immersed in her scientific pursuits, you can find her at the gym participating in CrossFit, exploring new destinations around the globe, or whipping up nutritious meals in her kitchen.
